Speech-Language Pathologist | Brain and Language Researcher | Education Enthusiast
I am a clinically trained speech-language pathologist, currently pursuing my doctoral degree at the University of Arizona. My academic and professional journey has been shaped by my fascination with the brain and its ability to process language as well as my commitment to improving the lives of those affected by acquired language disorders.
As a clinician, I have worked with individuals with acquired language disorders, including traumatic brain injuries, aphasia, and primary progressive aphasia. My clinical experience has deepened my appreciation for the complexities of the brain, and the need for research that directly informs language assessment and intervention.
This platform offers a glimpse into my world as a speech-language pathologist, a brain and language researcher, and an education enthusiast.
Thank you for visiting. Feel free to explore and connect with my journey!
